Score every active signal by volume, ICP match, and reply rate — kill the noisy ones, double down on converters
I want to audit which Clearcue signals are actually driving pipeline vs generating noise.
List all my active signals from Clearcue. For each signal:
- Volume: How many people/companies has it captured in the last 30 days?
- ICP Match Rate: Of those captured, what percentage match our ICP?
- Engagement Depth: Are these mostly likes (low intent) or comments/shares (high intent)?
- Outreach Results: Of the people from this signal that we've contacted, what's the reply rate? (I'll provide this data from HeyReach)
Score each signal:
- 🟢 HIGH VALUE: High volume + high ICP match + high reply rate
- 🟡 NEEDS TUNING: Good volume but low ICP match (fix the filters) or low reply rate (fix the messaging)
- 🔴 LOW VALUE: Low volume and/or low quality — consider replacing
For any 🟡 signals, recommend specific filter or boolean query adjustments. For any 🔴 signals, recommend replacement signals that would serve the same purpose better.
Also identify gaps: what types of buying intent are we NOT capturing? Suggest 2-3 new signals to fill those gaps.

Run this monthly. Your signal portfolio should evolve as your market and messaging evolves. The signals that worked when you launched might not be the best ones 6 months later. Treat it like a portfolio — rebalance regularly.
