Jobs

Companies hiring for a role aren't just looking to fill a seat. A job description spells out the tech they're adopting, the certifications they're chasing, the direction their product is heading — intel that rarely shows up in any press release.

Jobs is a new hiring data source that turns job postings into intent signals. Point it at the roles you care about and Clearcue surfaces the companies posting them — ready to be stacked with everything else you're already tracking.

Filter job postings by:

• Position and keywords
• Location, language, and remote/hybrid/on-site
• Industry and company size
• Seniority, job type, and permanent vs contractor
• Posted by the company directly or by an agency

Then run AI qualification on the job description itself. "Companies embedding AI into their core product" or "teams preparing for SOC 2 certification" — written in plain English, matched against the posting content.

Stack a jobs signal with a company signal (funding, growth, engagement) and you're looking at accounts where the buying window is about to open. Spot urgency when a single team posts five roles for the same function — that kind of pressure rarely shows up anywhere else.

HeyReach Integration

The HeyReach integration closes the loop between intent detection and outreach. Signal-qualified leads flow from Clearcue into your HeyReach campaigns automatically, and engagement data flows back as new signals.

What you can do:

• Sync lists to campaigns — Connect any Clearcue list to a HeyReach list. New people added to the Clearcue list are pushed to HeyReach automatically. No CSV exports, no imports.

Signal Stacking

One signal is a hint. Three signals on the same person? That's a pattern.

Signal Stacking lets you combine multiple signals and filter for people or companies that match all of them. Two modes, depending on how you sell:

• Company mode — "Show me companies where anyone on the team engaged with our competitor's content AND someone is hiring for a GTM role." Great for account-based plays where multiple people at the same company showing intent is the real signal.
• Person mode — "Show me people who personally liked our competitor's post AND attended SaaStr." For contact-based outbound where you need the individual to have done both things themselves.

MCP Research Insights

Your research data is now available through the MCP. Ask Claude who's been researched, what insights were found, and who they've been interacting with — without opening the app.

Exports now include insight context per person, so when you pull a list you get the full story: not just that someone showed intent, but who they engaged with and how.

Lookalike Signal

Find people and companies who are behaving like your current buyers.

Lookalike Signal is a new signal type that works differently from keyword or AI signals. Instead of describing what you're looking for, you point it at a post that represents a buying signal — and Clearcue finds more posts like it.

How it works:

• Pick a source post that represents your ideal signal (e.g., "Company opening an office in London")
• Clearcue scans your feed and finds similar posts from other people and companies
• Each match gets a relevance score so you can prioritize the strongest leads

This is especially useful when the signal you're tracking is hard to describe with keywords but easy to recognize when you see it.

New MCP Tools

We've made several improvements to the Clearcue MCP integration for Claude and ChatGPT:

• Tagging from AI tools — Tag people and companies directly from your AI assistant without leaving the conversation.
• Richer return data — Person and company IDs are now included in MCP responses, making it easier to build workflows that reference specific records.
• Signal templates in MCP — Access signal templates directly from your AI tools to create new signals faster.

Company Enrichment from Domain

Enter your company's domain and Clearcue automatically fills in your company context — description, value proposition, pain points, ICP, and competitors. This gives Cue AI the background it needs to generate more relevant signals for your business.

Setting up signals from scratch takes time. You need to think about the right keywords, write qualification prompts, and figure out what to monitor. Most of that work is the same across teams.

The Template Library gives you a catalog of ready-to-use signals organized by what you're trying to do. Pick a template, fill in a variable or two, and you're tracking.

• Hiring for Position — Find posts about companies hiring for a specific role. Enter "SDR" or "Product Manager" and surface every hiring post that matches.
• New Office — Track companies opening new offices or expanding to new locations.

Sales Opportunities

• Agency Search — Find posts from people actively looking for an agency in a specific industry.
• Asking for Recommendations — People asking for tool or service recommendations. "Anyone using a good CRM?" — that's a signal.
• Tool/Service Recommendations — People recommending or endorsing a specific tool. Great for tracking your own mentions or your competitors'.
