Stalled Deal Revival
Check if anyone at stalled companies re-engaged, changed roles, or looked at competitors — with re-engagement messages
I have deals that have gone quiet. Here are the companies: [Company 1] [Company 2] [Company 3]
From Clearcue, check if ANYONE at these companies has triggered signals in the last 30 days — even if it's not my main contact. I need to know:
-
Did my contact re-engage? If so, with what? This tells me what brought them back mentally.
-
Did someone NEW at the company engage? Maybe my champion left and someone else picked up the evaluation. Or maybe a new stakeholder entered the picture.
-
Did they engage with competitor content? If so, they're still evaluating — the deal isn't dead, they're just looking elsewhere.
-
Is there a company-level signal? Hiring, funding, new leadership — any trigger event that might restart the buying process.
For each stalled deal, give me:
- Likelihood of revival (High / Medium / Low) based on signal activity
- The specific re-engagement hook (what signal to reference)
- A message to send that feels natural, not desperate
- If no signals: recommend marking as closed-lost or setting a future check-in date

Pro tip
The best stalled-deal signals are competitor engagement. It means they're STILL evaluating — you haven't lost, you've just been shelved. A message like 'I know you're still exploring options in this space — wanted to share something new we shipped that addresses [the thing competitor content was about]' works because it's timely and relevant.
What happens
Clearcue checks all signal activity at the stalled accounts. Claude determines whether the deal is truly dead or just dormant. Often, you'll find that someone at the company is still engaging — just not the person you were talking to. That's your way back in.
